97-02 Camaro Firebird Body Control Module BCM Coded UPL

Used BCM (Body Control Module). This is PN 0935-3691 (Coded UPL). It is important that if you are replacing your BCM that it has the same part number and broadcast code. This is the module that controls the power accessories, door locks, alarm, and lighting depending on your vehicles options. It is also coded for the VATS ignition key. What that means is that your ignition key has a resistor (chip) in it, it can be 1 of 16 different resistances. The BCM reads the key, and if correct sends a sign wave to the PCM so that it can pulse the injectors. If you determine that your BCM is faulty, you can let us know what key code you have (measure the resistance or call your local dealer with your VIN # or take your key to a locksmith) and we will see if we have the matching BCM.
