Used VATS module. This is the vehicle anti theft module, this will only replace module #1613-5270. Changing the box also requires having a new key made to match this box (key not included). Key codes are shipped random, if you need a specific key code, please contact us. Fits the following:

92 Camaro (all models)
92 Firebird/Trans Am (all models)

VATS Module Tech Info : VATS modules are typically buried in the dash. Each box has a programmed numeric resistance with 16 possibilites. Our used boxes have the resistance on them, and you will need to have a new ignition key made to our box key code (resistance), but to your column (duplicate your key but with our key code). If you do not have the proper key code, the vehicle will not start. A very common problem with the VATS system is a worn key and/or worn ignition cylinder and wire contacts. You should do a thorough diagnostic prior to ordering a VATS module.
